Job summary

Gladstone Hospital, a key healthcare facility, seeks an organised administrator to support medical recruitment, onboarding and daily operations. You will master fortnightly rosters, ensure staffing coverage and payroll readiness, and coordinate travel, meetings, diaries, correspondence, records and expenses with a professional, can-do attitude.

You will back the Clinical Director, manage requests, assist with projects, and liaise across staff levels, applying medical terminology and hospital

Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge.
• HR or rostering experience preferred.
• Experience in a busy healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Strong admin and IT skills, quick to learn hospital software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage fortnightly medical rosters.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, diaries, correspondence, records and expenses.
• Support the Clinical Director and wider team with requests and projects.
