Job summary
Magentus is seeking an Application Specialist to join the Clinical Diagnostics team. You will be the technical expert, solving complex challenges, leading critical incidents, and improving healthcare tech performance impacting patient care.
You will collaborate with Product, Delivery and Development teams, mentor peers, and help shape how we deliver exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in application or technical support within healthcare technology.
- Laboratory experience in diagnostics or life sciences.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting LIMS, LIS, EMR or similar healthcare apps.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or ITIL-based service environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex application issues and customer escalations.
- Manage critical incidents and drive root cause analysis.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and application expertise.
- Partner with Product and Development teams to improve solutions and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and performance.
- Mentor Application Specialists across the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
