Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care at our East Maitland aged care home. You will supervise shifts, drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and partner with families to optimise resident wellbeing.

Your role reports to Clinical Services Manager and Facility Manager, supporting accreditation and quality standards within a well‑regarded 166‑bed home. We value compassionate, hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.

Due to internal promotion, we’re seeking a Care Manager to join the team at our 166-bed home in East Maitland. With our Care Managers working side by side reporting to our Clinical Services Manager and a dedicated Facility Manager, this role allows you to apply your clinical expertise and management skills in a service with a strong reputation for quality care.
