Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical care and foster a resident-centered culture at our East Maitland home. You’ll work with a supportive team and report to the Clinical Services Manager, applying your clinical expertise and leadership to uphold quality care and accreditation standards.

As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, you’ll guide staff, ensure seamless clinical operations on shift, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to optimise resident

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm, considered manner.

Clinical Care Manager

Due to internal promotion, we’re seeking a Care Manager to join the team at our 166-bed home in East Maitland. With our Care Managers working side by side reporting to our Clinical Services Manager and a dedicated Facility Manager, this role allows you to apply your clinical expertise and management skills in a service with a strong reputation for quality care.
