Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Care Manager to lead and manage our team, delivering exceptional care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensure compliance with aged care standards and support ongoing clinical quality improvements.

Based at Clelland Lodge, Nowra, this full-time role involves leading a warm, welcoming home, driving a culture of clinical excellence, and coordinating with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager (who you report to) in the leadership of our home.

As our Care Manager, you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensure compliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, and support the professional development of your team.
