Based at Clelland Lodge, this full-time role may involve weekend work, with a home-like environment that fosters resident choice and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader committed to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities in a calm manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a positive culture for your team aligned with Fresh Hope Communities’ values.
• Oversee clinical care on shift, address gaps in care and ensure timely resolution.
• Foster resident-centred care meeting physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager in leadership of the home.
