Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Nowra’s Clelland Lodge is seeking an experienced Care Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team and deliver high‑quality aged care. You will promote resident choice, dignity and meaningful connections while ensuring standards and clinical improvements.

As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, you’ll report to the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager, guiding the home’s clinical operations and professional development in a warm, home‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with coaching ability.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader focused on resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and effective communication.
• Current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.

• Oversee clinical care on shift, address gaps and ensure timely resolution.
• Foster resident-centred care meeting physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs.

As our Care Manager, you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensure compliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, and support the professional development of your team.

What you bring?

As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, you will have:

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence,
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills,
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
