Job summary

Bupa in Sydney is hiring a Clinic Coordinator for Mindplace Clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and clinicians, ensuring a warm, professional, and supportive experience while coordinating front desk and admin tasks.

This role blends front desk duties with broader operational support to keep the clinic running smoothly, maintain a welcoming space, and uphold Mindplace best-practice standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skill
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures
• Own the client experience of the practice’s physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment

Responsibilities

• Our Clinic Coordinators ensure the smooth operations and a welcoming experience of their Mindplace Clinic.
• As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, our Clinic Coordinators provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience.
