Job summary

Bodyfocus Wellness Centre in Sydney Hills District NSW is seeking a Front of House Lead for a high‑performance clinic environment. You will own the front desk, coordinate bookings and ensure smooth patient flow, working alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists.

Front of House Lead | High Performance Clinic Environment

This is a high responsibility front of house role in a busy allied health clinic, where your performance directly impacts patient flow, clinician diaries and overall clinic efficiency.

We are looking for someone experienced, calm under pressure and ready to step in during a key operational period. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be working within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinic alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists.

This is a key role where organisation, communication and decision making matter. You will take ownership of the front desk and ensure the clinic runs efficiently day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a high volume reception desk efficiently
• Managing bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

Flexibility across clinic hours is essential:

• Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm
• Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
