Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Wynyard is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming patient experience at our Mindplace Clinic.

You will be the first contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, combining front desk responsibilities with broader operational support to maintain efficiency and high-quality care. The role emphasizes patient experience, professional communication, and adherence to Mindplace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired.
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures.
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skill.
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures.
• Own the client experience of the practice’s physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and clinicians in Mindplace Clinic.
• Provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience to all patients and staff.
• Combine front desk duties with broader operational support to improve clinic efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee daily reception tasks and ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
