Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager for IDVerse Australia in a hybrid role in Sydney. You will partner with customers post-implementation to drive adoption, retention, and growth, becoming a trusted advisor while coordinating with internal teams.

You’ll manage post-go-live relationships, conduct reviews, and identify opportunities to expand value, working with Sales and Product to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS roles.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and driving retention.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders from end users to executives.
• Experience supporting renewals and revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation relationships and be the primary contact for ongoing success.
• Drive adoption and value realization through training and strategic guidance.
• Build relationships with operational, technical, commercial and exec stakeholders.
• Conduct QBRs and EBRs to review outcomes and value delivered.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and address challenges proactively.
• Support renewals by demonstrating impact and value to customers.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales on expansions.
• Advocate for customers with Product, Engineering, Support, Delivery and Sales.
