Job summary

REIF is a Brisbane-based property finance group seeking a proactive Building Support Client Coordinator to join our team. You will be the key contact during the construction journey, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident from land settlement through to handover.

This role offers on-site work with a collaborative, high-performing team. Salary ranges between $75,000 and $80,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous residential construction experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable customer service experience
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to multi-task and handle priorities
• Determination and drive to exceed client expectations and business targets
• Effective communication over phone, email and in person
• Genuine enjoyment in talking to clients and helping people

Responsibilities

• Support all REIF clients from land settlement through the construction journey
• Liaise with and work with other REIF departments
• Coordinate with builders and extended teams to support the client journey
• Collaborate with Property Specialists and Finance Specialists to track key dates and progress payments
• Refer clients to our supplier network
• Assist with client handovers including coordinating property managers, inspectors, valuers and QS
