Job summary

REIF is a Brisbane-based property finance group seeking a proactive Building Support Client Coordinator to join our team. You will be the key contact during the construction journey, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident from land settlement through to handover.

This role offers on-site work with a collaborative, high-performing team. Salary ranges between $75,000 and $80,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all REIF clients from land settlement through the construction journey
• Liaise with and work with other REIF departments
• Coordinate with builders and extended teams to support the client journey
• Collaborate with Property Specialists and Finance Specialists to track key dates and progress payments
• Refer clients to our supplier network
• Assist with client handovers including coordinating property managers, inspectors, valuers and QS

About the role

• Support all REIF clients from land settlement, through the construction journey of their new property and beyond
• Liaise with and work as a team with other REIF departments
• Work with builders and their extended teams to support the client journey process
• Work with the REIF Property Specialists and Finance Specialists to keep key dates in focus and support with construction progress payments
• Referrals to our network of suppliers as a part of the journey
• Support with client property handovers including coordinating property managers, building inspectors, property valuers and quantity surveyors

Professional attributes, skills and experience required:

• Previous experience dealing with residential construction extremely advantageous!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable approach to customer service with recent previous experience
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to multi task and handle various priorities
• Determination, and the drive to exceed client’s expectations and business performance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email and face to face
• Genuine enjoyment in talking to clients and helping people
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
