Infinity Group Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Team Leader to manage a 9-person Construction Administration team and oversee the investor experience across all stages of property builds from pre-construction to completion.

You will coordinate with builders, developers and internal teams, ensuring high standards of communication and timely resolutions. The role is on-site in Melbourne with one day WFH after probation, offering a competitive salary and superannuation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction administration, property administration or project coordination.
• Leadership experience to coach and develop a team.
• Experience leading meetings with builders and external project partners.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
• Experience overseeing compliance and documentation across residential builds.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with problem solving.
• Qualifications in Property, Construction or related fields are highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of 9 Construction Administrators across onshore and offshore functions.
• Oversee daily team operations, including task allocation, workload management and quality standards.
• Take ownership of unresolved developer issues and drive to documented resolutions.
• Act as senior escalation point for client and stakeholder enquiries with clear communication.
• Partner with builders, developers, property managers and internal teams to inform and support clients.
• Review, approve and maintain accuracy of builder-issued documentation.
• Support team across progress payments, insurance, practical completion and defect inspection coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team capability and investor experience.
• Proactively identify risks and maintain relationships for smooth project outcomes.
