Job summary

RIC Safety Audits is a Geelong-based, locally owned business providing safety services for residential rental properties across Victoria. We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to be the trusted contact for a portfolio of real estate agencies and property owners, delivering proactive support and outstanding service from our Geelong West office.

You will build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, and coordinate with our Operations team to exceed client

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship building.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Confident with business owners and property managers.
• Proactive mindset and problem solving.
• Detail oriented with administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in real estate, property management, account management or business development is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with property managers, BDMs and business owners.
• Be the trusted first point of contact for your client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and grow accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth job delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist clients with rental compliance questions and RIC’s services/reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Deliver client reviews and account health check meetings.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings, office visits and industry events.
