Job summary

Redpath Partners in Sydney seeks a Contract Administrator to join our client-side project management team. You will provide commercial support across residential, mixed-use, and industrial developments, from design through to completion, ensuring contract compliance and strong cost control.

The role focuses on client-side administration, variations, claims, procurement, and reporting, with exposure to a quality project pipeline and development advisory guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Contract Administration within construction/property.
• Experience with head contractor, builder or construction consultancy is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and management of client-side contracts across multiple projects.
• Review variations, progress claims, extensions of time and other contractual matters.
• Assist with tendering, procurement and contractor engagement.
• Review project costs, budgets and cash flows.
• Monitor contractor performance and contractual compliance.
• Assist with cost reporting and monthly project reporting.
• Review construction programmes and identify risks.
