With a strong and growing pipeline of large-scale projects across NSW, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their commercial team. This is a senior role offering responsibility for the full commercial and contractual management of complex construction projects from procurement through to final account and will suit someone that is hands on.
Working closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of subcontractor management, cost planning, contract administration and commercial reporting while mentoring junior team members and contributing to best-practice project delivery.
Having worked on new build Class 2 residential projects previously is ideal or having other commercial new build project experience.
