Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor.
• Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience across data centres, industrial, health or other complex large projects will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
• Prepare and administer subcontractor contracts
• Manage variations, progress claims and payment schedules
• Assist with procurement and subcontract negotiations
• Monitor project costs and contractual obligations
• Work closely with the project team to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
