Job summary

Adelaide-based builder delivering technically complex community projects, including education, aged care and commercial developments up to $20m, seeks aContracts Administrator to support project delivery.

You will prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements; manage procurement, subcontractor packages and project cost reporting; assess progress claims, variations, invoices and payment schedules; maintain project budgets, forecasts, registers and contractual

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years' experience as a CA in commercial or multi residential construction

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and project cost reporting
• Assess progress claims, variations, invoices and payment schedules
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, registers and contractual documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors throughout project delivery

Education
