Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Project Manager to join a standout interstate client-side consultancy in Melbourne. You will work with the Project Director and Senior PM to drive projects from inception to handover across diverse sectors including build-to-rent, mixed-use, residential, commercial and education.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of client-side experience, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Project Manager with 2+ years' experience within a client-side consultancy.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion alongside the Project Director and Senior Project Manager.
• Assist with client pitches, presentations and PCG meetings.
• Assist with the management of consultants, contractors and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support design management and project delivery to ensure high standards.
• Assist with delivery of multiple projects at various stages with the wider team.
• Work across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction and handover.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Property or related discipline

Redpath Partners is working alongside a standout interstate client-side consultancy who is looking to grow their Melbourne team with the addition of a Project Manager.

The business has a strong track record across a diverse range of project typologies and is continuing to grow its presence across Melbourne, with a pipeline spanning build-to-rent, mixed-use, residential, commercial, education and other major development projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has at least 2 years' experience within a client-side consultancy and is looking to broaden their project experience across a diverse range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include;

• Working alongside the Project Director and Senior Project Manager to manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Assisting with and attending client pitches, presentations and PCG meetings.
• Assisting with the management of consultants, contractors and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting the design management and project delivery process to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Assisting with the delivery of multiple projects at various stages, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team.
• Working across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction and handover.

The Individual;

• Project Manager with 2+ years' experience within a client-side consultancy.
• Experience assisting with the delivery of projects across sectors such as build-to-rent, mixed use, residential, commercial or education would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Property or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in working across a diverse range of projects and continuing to develop within the client-side space.
