Job summary

Amida Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Sydney-based commercial team. You will oversee end-to-end subcontractor procurement, contract administration and commercial reporting for large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across NSW.

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will manage cost control, variations and final accounts while mentoring junior team members and contributing to best-practice delivery on site and across

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years’ experience as Contracts Administrator.
• Experience on large-scale residential/mixed-use projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction cost management systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end subcontractor procurement, tender assessments and contract negotiations.
• Prepare, administer, and manage subcontract agreements.
• Manage progress claims, variations, extensions of time and final accounts.
• Maintain cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
