Stock Locker is seeking a Client Services Representative to service and restock vending machines supplying industrial products across customer sites. You will visit sites, restock, and ensure machines operate to meet customer needs.

You will build relationships, handle queries, and identify sales opportunities for growth. A current driver’s licence and ability to work independently are required, with training and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication are essential to build relationships with customers.
• Confidence in face-to-face conversations and identifying sales opportunities.
• Able to manage time and travel between customer sites effectively.
• Experience or knowledge of industrial consumables, abrasives, welding, safety or PPE is advantageous.

Client Services Representative - Vending & Industrial Solutions

Stock Locker are focused on solving inventory problems for our Customers, primarily within industrial consumables, welding, safety and abrasives. This has seen us diversify throughout Australia supplying to various industries including Manufacturing, Transport, Health, Mining, Food Processing, Local Government and State Government. We currently have branches in both Toowoomba and Darra whilst servicing Customers Nationally.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a customer facing role focused on servicing and restocking vending machines that supply industrial products such as abrasives, PPE, safety products and other industrial consumables at customer sites. You’ll be out and about visiting customer locations to restock vending machines, and ensure they are operating effectively and meeting the needs of our customers.

Importantly, this role is about more than simply restocking machines. You will build relationships with customers, assist with questions or potential issues, and identify potential new sales opportunities. We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers and keen to develop their career. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop into a broader sales and account management role, with greater involvement in developing customer relationships, and finding and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites to restock and service industrial vending machines

Monitor stock levels and identify products that may need to be added, removed or quantities adjusted

Build strong working relationships with customers and site contacts

Assist customers with vending machine queries and potential issues

Identify customer needs and opportunities to improve their vending solutions

Identify potential sales opportunities while visiting customer sites

Communicate customer feedback and opportunities back to the wider team

Manage your own schedule and travel efficiently between customer locations

Make sales calls and follow up opportunities as your product knowledge and confidence develops

Contribute to the ongoing growth of customer accounts

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong customer service and communication skills and is confident dealing with customers face to face

Has a positive, professional and approachable manner

Is comfortable having conversations with customers about their requirements and can recognise opportunities for sales or account growth

Has a current driver's licence

Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Can work independently and manage their own time effectively

Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work

Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Is interested in developing their sales skills and product knowledge

Has experience or knowledge of industrial consumables, abrasives, welding, safety or PPE (advantageous)

Previous sales, customer service, account management or industrial experience (advantageous)
