Job summary

Viva Energy Group is seeking a Stock Controller for its Smokemart and GiftBox operations to ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment across stores. You will report to the Supply Chain & Allocations Manager and work with multiple teams to optimize inventory control and store performance.

The role involves analyzing sales trends, verifying deliveries, and generating insightful stock reports to support decision-making, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Job Description

As a Stock Controller for our Smokemart and GiftBox business, you’ll ensure stores have the right stock at the right time. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Allocations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, supporting store performance, and collaborating across teams.

You Will:

• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy with our systems.
• Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and place timely stock orders
• Coordinate allocations from warehouses to stores to maximize sales and minimize costs.
