ALS Global is seeking a Client Services Officer in Brisbane’s Stafford area within the Environmental division. The role involves delivering quality client service, coordinating sample submissions and dispatch, and supporting tender preparation while liaising with internal teams to ensure project delivery.

You will handle calls and emails, prepare quotations, and work with the team to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and support clients via phone, email and in person.
• Promptly answer calls and emails to support inquiries.
• Prepare quotations using LIMS and assist with tenders and EOIs.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS labs.
• Liaise with internal staff to complete investigations in the Quality Management System.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labelling and courier dispatch as needed.
• Engage with clients on submissions and queries to support priorities.
