Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS) is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the Environmental division in Stafford, Brisbane. You will work with our clients to provide technical and analytical advice and facilitate project delivery through effective communication and project management.

Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating sample submissions, preparing quotations via LIMS, and supporting tender processes while maintaining high service standards and team

Responsabilidades

• Greet and support clients’ needs leveraging phone, email and face to face service and communication skills
• Promptly answer phone calls and emails professionally to support client enquiries
• Liaising with the bottle dispatch team to complete tasking of client container order requests
• Preparation of quotations through the LIMS and assisting with tender and expressions of interest preparation
• Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS Environmental laboratories, including liaising with laboratory staff when urgent samples are received
• Working with internal stakeholders to complete investigations through the ALS Quality Management System
• Occasionally assisting with sorting, packing, labelling, and distributing samples by courier or for pick up
• Liaise with clients (internal and external) regarding sample submissions and related queries
• Join and nurture a team culture to best support each other and our clients’ priorities.

About the Role ALS is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the Client Services team as part of our Environmental division in Stafford, Brisbane.

The ALS Client Services team work closely with our clients, providing quality service in the form of technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.

The Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
