ALS is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the Environmental division in Stafford, Brisbane. You will support clients with technical and analytical guidance and help deliver projects through effective communication and coordination.

The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating sample logistics, preparing quotations via LIMS, and liaising with internal teams to ensure high-quality service. A collaborative, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and support clients’ needs via phone, email and face-to-face service.
• Promptly answer inquiries to support client questions.
• Liaise with the bottle dispatch team to process client container orders.
• Prepare quotations via the LIMS and assist with tenders and EOIs.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS labs; liaise with staff on urgent samples.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete investigations in the ALS QMS.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labelling and courier pickup of samples.
• Liaise with clients on sample submissions and queries.
• Contribute to a team culture that supports client priorities.

About The Role

ALS is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the Client Services team as part of our Environmental division in Stafford, Brisbane.

The ALS Client Services team work closely with our clients, providing quality service in the form of technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.

The Day to Day

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and support clients’ needs leveraging phone, email and face to face service and communication skills
• Promptly answer phone calls and emails professionally to support client enquiries
• Liaising with the bottle dispatch team to complete tasking of client container order requests
• Preparation of quotations through the LIMS and assisting with tender and expressions of interest preparation
• Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS Environmental laboratories, including liaising with laboratory staff when urgent samples are received
• Working with internal stakeholders to complete investigations through the ALS Quality Management System
• Occasionally assisting with sorting, packing, labelling, and distributing samples by courier or for pick up
• Liaise with clients (internal and external) regarding sample submissions and related queries
• Join and nurture a team culture to best support each other and our clients’ priorities.
