ALS Life Sciences in Brisbane is hiring a Client Services Officer to join the Environmental division. You will deliver technical and analytical service, assist with project delivery, and support client communications.

The role is permanent and full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:45pm, based in Stafford, Brisbane. Primary duties include client support, dispatch coordination, quotations, and liaising with laboratories and internal teams to ensure timely results and professional service.

Mansioni

• Greet and support clients using phone, email and face-to-face service.
• Promptly answer inquiries to support client questions.
• Coordinate with the bottle dispatch team for client container orders.
• Prepare quotations using the LIMS; assist with tender and EI preparation.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of samples to ALS labs; liaise with staff for urgent samples.
• Work with internal stakeholders to complete investigations via the ALS Quality Management System.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labelling and distribution of samples by courier or for pickup.
• Liaise with clients regarding submissions and related queries; support team priorities.

About the Role

ALS is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the Client Services team as part of our Environmental division in Stafford, Brisbane.

The ALS Client Services team work closely with our clients, providing quality service in the form of technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.

This is a permanent, fulltime position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:45pm

The Day to Day

• Greet and support clients' needs leveraging phone, email and face to face service and communication skills
• Promptly answer phone calls and emails professionally to support client enquiries
• Liaising with the bottle dispatch team to complete tasking of client container order requests
• Preparation of quotations through the LIMS and assisting with tender and expressions of interest preparation
• Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS Environmental laboratories, including liaising with laboratory staff when urgent samples are received
• Working with internal stakeholders to complete investigations through the ALS Quality Management System
• Occasionally assisting with sorting, packing, labelling, and distributing samples by courier or for pick up
• Liaise with clients (internal and external) regarding sample submissions and related queries
