Job summary

Thales Cybersecurity is seeking a Client Service Delivery Manager to be the trusted face for our enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence in delivering cyber security managed services. This permanent, full-time hybrid role is based in Barangaroo, Sydney and will own day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for incidents and contractual deliverables.

• Experience in IT/Service Delivery/Cyber roles leading complex client engagements.
• Cyber mindset with exposure to security operations or incident response.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and articulate risks.
• Ability to manage competing demands and drive workflow efficiency.
• Understanding of contractual financials and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, meeting obligations on time and within budget.
• Lead high-pressure security incidents with cross-team coordination.
• Build proactive client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Reporting & Governance tracking for transparency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Security Engineers, and Analysts.
