Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or intake roles within health, disability, community care, or aged care sectors.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding, intake & scheduling: manage client intake and onboarding from enquiry to first appointment.
• Funding & documentation compliance: prepare, verify, and execute service agreements, quotes, and funding checks across relevant streams; maintain client records.
