Job summary

Mobile Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Clinical Operations team in our Stafford office. The role focuses on practical clinical support, triage, and funding navigation to ensure equipment, funding, and clinical workflows run smoothly.

This non-management position shifts away from home visits toward operational responsibilities, with emphasis on client outcomes and collaboration with the Client Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (degree required).
• Current AHPRA Registration to practice.
• National Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Liaison: primary operational contact for external partners and coordinators.
• Assistive Technology & Home Modification Triage: review requests, quotes, and reports for clinical and funder requirements.
• Client Communication: explain complex clinical recommendations and funding processes clearly and empathetically.
• Virtual Care: deliver OT consultations and support field clinicians on clinical logistics.
• Operational Problem Solving: resolve complex client inquiries and streamline equipment/service workflows.
