Job summary

Mobile Rehab Australia Pty is seeking a Client Services Officer based in Stafford to ensure seamless onboarding, scheduling, and responsive service delivery to clients receiving home-based allied health support. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or intake roles within health, disability, community care, or aged care sectors.
• Funding scheme knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, client databases, and scheduling software, with a proven ability to maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capability in building rapport and engaging effectively with varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding, Intake & Scheduling: Manage client intake and onboarding processes from initial enquiry to first appointment.
• Funding & Documentation Compliance: Prepare, verify, and execute service agreements, service quotes, and funding checks across Support at Home, DVA, NDIS and private funding streams. Maintain accurate records of client information, funding allocations, and approved treatment plans in the client management database.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Relationship Management: Respond promptly and empathetically to enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels while fostering strong external B2B relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point, resolving complex enquiries with empathy, composure, and a dedicated focus on client outcomes.
