Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions (TRS) on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support our clinical team and deliver outstanding service from the first contact with clients.

You will coordinate daily administration, schedule appointments by zones and clinician availability, and assist clinicians to ensure a smooth client journey. This role suits a proactive, empathetic team player.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, health/allied health experience preferred.
• Confidence handling phone and email communications with a high level of service.
• Experience scheduling appointments is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with database systems (Gensolve desirable).
• Strong communication, empathy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email enquiries from patients, referrers and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation and compliance management.
• Assist with reporting, data entry and database management (Gensolve).
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional client environment.
• Support the Systems Manager and Administration Manager as required.
