Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Sydney's West Ryde area is seeking a client services specialist to own the end-to-end client experience via phone and email. You will support key accounts, process orders, and coordinate invoices and payments.

The role requires 2+ years in a phone-based client service role, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work with Excel, Outlook, Slack and ODOO in a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a phone-based client service role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills — ODOO and Slack highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and following up on invoices and payments.
• Making outbound calls for relationship building and lead generation.
• Preparing weekly reports and liaising with warehouses and couriers.
• Answering inbound enquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Assisting with lead setup, onboarding, and accurate record-keeping.
