Job summary

RecruitShop in West Ryde, Sydney is seeking a client service specialist to be the main contact for clients and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack, owning the client experience end to end while supporting key accounts and financial processes.

Reporting directly to the Director, responsibilities include processing orders and invoicing, outbound calls for relationship building, reporting to warehouses and couriers, handling inbound enquiries, and assisting with lead setup and onboarding in

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a phone-based client service role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills — ODOO and Slack highly regarded

About The Opportunity
