You’ll work closely with senior leadership and a passionate internal team, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust and communication
• Identify opportunities to add value and ensure client needs are proactively met
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
• Represent the business at client functions, events, and networking opportunities

About You:

You’ll be an engaging communicator with a natural ability to build rapport, backed by strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

You will bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client-facing role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational ability with a focus on detail and follow-through
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop opportunities
• A collaborative, team-first approach with a genuine client-care ethos

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
