A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Services Manager for a prestigious Accounting Firm in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years working in Public Practice, strong skills in Business Advisory and Tax Planning, and experience managing significant client portfolios. Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience working in an Australian Public Practice Accounting Firm.
• Proven track record in managing a fee base in excess of $650K.
• Demonstrated capability of managing a team, including workflow and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships in Business Services.
• Lead team and oversee workflow in the department.
• Engage in Tax Planning and Advisory for clients.

Rezonate Recruitment has partnered with an AFR Top 30 Accounting Firm on the look out for a skilled Business Services Manager with scope to progress to Senior Manager and beyond!

Based in Sydney CBD, this leading and highly regarded Accounting Firm offers a broad portfolio of interesting clientele, including a lot of International Tax exposure. The firm boasts an excellent team culture, with lots of collaboration as well as regular socials, lunches/drinks and even a run club as well as having the capability to build this particular role around experience and expectations for the right candidate.

About You:

• 8+ years' experience working in an Australian Public Practice Accounting Firm.
• Experienced within Business Advisory, Tax Planning meetings AND excellent comprehension of Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Virtual CFO as this does make up a share of the work!
• CA or CPA Qualified.
• Proven track record in managing a fee base in excess of $650K.
• Demonstrated capability of managing a team, including workflow, KPIs and reviewing.
