Job summary

Woolworths Group's Cartology division seeks a Client Partnerships Executive to support the sales team from briefing campaigns to post‑campaign reporting. You will collaborate with sales, operations and insight teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and drive results.

You’ll manage relationships, provide compliance and performance reporting, and assist with financial queries and pipeline management in a hybrid Sydney role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a sales support or customer support role within media or tech.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides (Google Workspace).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects while delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills with a link between online metrics and business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team briefing campaigns across bookings and production.
• Day‑to‑day management of relationships between vertical and operations teams.
• Provide compliance reporting to Partnership Managers and escalate issues.
• Manage post campaign reporting and client billings queries with finance.
• Be the main point of contact for campaign delivery and client enquiries.
• Assist with Salesforce data input, media schedule creation and pipeline management.
• Prepare decks and client meeting materials with Client Partnership Managers.
