Job summary

Woolworths Group, Cartology Sales team, is seeking a Client Partnerships Executive to support campaigns from briefing through results. You will collaborate with sales, operations and insights to deliver valuable client outcomes and report on performance.

Based in Sydney, this role reports to the Group Client Partnerships Manager and requires a proactive, independent and team-oriented approach with strong Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in media/tech.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in briefing campaigns across bookings and production.
• Manage day-to-day relationships between verticals and operations.
• Provide compliance reporting to Partnership Managers and raise issues.
• Handle client post-campaign reporting and billing inquiries.
• Assist with Salesforce data input and pipeline management.
• Prepare client materials and coordinate with marketing for new assets.
