Staff Australia is seeking a dedicated Account Manager/BDM to grow our Western Sydney client portfolio. You’ll nurture relationships, forecast workforce needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales is required.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential - enthusiasm to learn.
• A valid driver's licence and own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of long-term client accounts with excellent service.
• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Conduct client inductions, site visits and workforce planning meetings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and monitor performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure policy compliance.
