Job summary

Hawthorne & Co is seeking an organised, motivated Office All-Rounder / Sales Associate in Newcastle. You'll support sales for companies across Australia, assist clients, coordinate projects and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll be part of a growing team, with responsibilities spanning outreach, tenders, client tours, and nurturing customer relationships. A strong eye for detail and proactive attitude are valued, with hourly pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Previous tele-sales experience is ideal but not mandatory.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional and friendly approach; can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cold and warm outreach via phone, email, or leaflet drops.
• Assist in creating sales tenders.
• Facilitate tours and expos for clients (paid travel included).
• Client follow-ups and management of multiple clients across industries.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist CEO with admin tasks.
• Contribute to customer nurture and ongoing outreach.
