Rapid Clean Newcastle is seeking a friendly Customer Support representative to join our Newcastle-based team. The role is office-based, weekdays only, with no remote work, and involves assisting customers in-store, handling calls, processing orders and invoicing, and supporting the Sales team in showroom activities.

You will need a professional appearance, clear written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Qualifications

• High standard of personal presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reasonable to high level computer skills, especially MS Office; website involvement an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; organized and self-motivated.
• Reliable, adaptable and versatile.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and serve customers and visitors in-store.
• Answering and directing calls.
