Good Constructions in Melbourne is seeking a Program Manager to champion client relationships from tender through completion. You will support external clients and internal teams to deliver project scope on time with minimal defects, upholding the company values.

You will own pre-site workflow, coordinate onboarding, contracts, and handovers, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across projects for a growing retirement living refurbishment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with customer-relations experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in document control, data management and client portals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Good Constructions as a client contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Manage project workflow from tender to completion and handover.
• Provide weekly progress reports to clients and management.
• Harvest and manage project documentation, variations and quotes.
