Job summary

Advance Recruitment Partners in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to support the client experience from advice through to completion. You will coordinate implementation across advisers, clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of financial services.

You will work in a collaborative team, handling documentation, ongoing client contact and process improvements while maintaining high levels of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar financial services/client services role.
• Interest in building a career within a growing financial planning business.
• Experience with XPlan or similar financial planning software (highly regarded).
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey from advice through to completion.
• Prepare for implementation with accurate SoA and documentation.
• Coordinate implementation of insurance, superannuation, investments and other strategies.
• Support clients with professional, responsive service throughout the process.
• Liaise with clients, advisers, brokers and other stakeholders to keep things moving.
• Ensure documentation and activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
• Take ownership and manage competing priorities to avoid bottlenecks.

Are you a detail-driven Client Services professional who loves turning plans into action?

Advance Recruitment Partners is partnering with a growing financial advice firm in Brisbane to find a proactive, detail-oriented Client Services Officer who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the client experience.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative advice team where your work directly supports the delivery of quality financial advice. You’ll play an important role in turning advisers’ recommendations into action, coordinating implementation across multiple stakeholders and ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience from advice through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with our advisers and clients, you’ll take ownership of the implementation journey from advice through to completion.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing for implementation – assisting with accurate SoA and implementation documentation, applications and supporting forms.
• Making strategies happen – coordinating the implementation of insurance, superannuation, investment and other financial planning strategies.
• Supporting our clients – providing professional, responsive and high-quality service throughout the implementation process.
• Connecting the dots – liaising with clients, advisers, mortgage brokers, property specialists and other stakeholders to keep things moving.
• Keeping it compliant – ensuring documentation, processes and implementation activities are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Making things better – identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall client experience.
• Taking ownership – managing competing priorities, following through on actions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar financial services/client services role
• A genuine interest in building a career within a growing Financial Planning business
• Experience with XPlan or similar financial planning software (highly regarded)
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A professional, approachable and positive manner The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
