Implementation Consultant – SaaS Delivery (Insurance Software) | Sydney CBD (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office) | Multiple roles – Junior, Mid, Senior

Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$155,000.00/yr

Salary range:

Junior: $80k–$100k + super
Mid: $100k–$120k + super
Senior: $120k–$140k + super

The Role

Join a respected Australian insurtech delivering tailored solutions for insurers using a configurable platform built entirely in-house. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role, combining business analysis with technical delivery.

You will work across the full implementation life-cycle, discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support – using skills such as scripting, SQL, and data modelling.

What you’ll do

Run workshops to capture and validate client requirements
Configure workflows, business rules, document templates, and data models
Use internal tools and scripting to tailor the platform to each customer
Support system and integration testing, data mapping, and migration
Work closely with Product and Engineering on enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and manage client expectations

What we’re looking for

Strong technical foundation: scripting or coding, SQL, and data modelling
Experience delivering SaaS or configurable software to end clients
Ability to translate business logic into platform configuration
Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management
Familiarity with software delivery environments (Agile or hybrid SDLC)

Nice to have

Insurance or financial services exposure
Familiarity with low-code or rule-based platforms
Work with a proven SaaS platform used by leading insurers
Clear progression to Senior IC, SME, or Delivery Management
