Lindon Homes, a Brisbane-based custom home builder with 35+ years of experience, is seeking a highly organised Client Liaison. The role centers on coordinating between clients, the office, consultants, suppliers and site supervisors to guide clients from engagement through handover.

Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts, and delivering exceptional client service with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or project coordination.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients.
• Attend meetings and prepare detailed meeting notes and action items.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their project.
• Track client decisions, approvals and outstanding items.
• Respond to client enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Liaise with suppliers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and assist with workflow management.
