• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the build.
• Provide clients with regular updates on site progress and upcoming milestones.
• Communicate clearly any site issues, delays, or changes, offering solutions where possible.
• Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure accurate and timely information is relayed to clients.
• Answer and manage client queries efficiently and with care.
• Handle challenging or disappointed clients with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in company databases and systems.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets related to client satisfaction and communication.
• Support the construction team with the coordination of approvals, certificates, and essential documentation where required.
