Hunter Homes is seeking a proactive Site Liaison to support clients during the onsite build journey, ensuring they feel informed and confident as their dream home unfolds. As the main contact, you will provide regular updates, manage questions, and work with construction teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with experience in construction administration or client liaison preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients once construction has commenced.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the build.
• Provide clients with regular updates on site progress and upcoming milestones.
• Communicate clearly any site issues, delays, or changes, offering solutions where possible.
• Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure accurate and timely information is relayed to clients.
• Answer and manage client queries efficiently and with care.
• Handle challenging or disappointed clients with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in company databases and systems.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets related to client satisfaction and communication.
• Support the construction team with the coordination of approvals, certificates, and essential documentation where required.
