Job summary

Ppl People in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury custom homes and boutique townhouse projects. You will own delivery from contract to handover, manage budgets, programming and procurement, and lead Site Supervisors to ensure quality and on-time results.

Based in Morningside with site visits, you’ll report to the Managing Director and have a dedicated Coordinator and support team. A clear progression path into Construction Manager is available as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custom residential homes and boutique townhouse projects.
• Strong grasp of programming, budgeting, forecasting and procurement.
• Proven ability to lead Site Supervisors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail on quality finishes and delivery.
• Commercial awareness to identify and resolve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivery from contract to handover.
• Manage budgets, programming, procurement and quality.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle progress claims, variations and payments.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure WHS and building compliance and drive process improvements.
