Lindon Homes is seeking a highly organised Client & Construction Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. You will act as the central contact between clients, office staff, consultants, suppliers and site supervisors, guiding clients from engagement through handover.

The role focuses on coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service across multiple projects while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or client liaison roles.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with clients and attendees; prepare notes and actions.
• Assist with contract administration and variations.
• Support estimating, production and site teams; ensure timely information flow.
• Maintain project records and regular client communication throughout the journey.
