Henley Properties Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Admin (Pre-Site Project Planner) to join the Project Planning team in Brisbane. This role ensures every home is prepared for construction, coordinating pre-site requirements and certifications while guiding customers with clarity and empathy.

You will work across Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Construction to maintain timelines, streamline administration, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or similar pre-site coordination.
• Strong documentation, compliance, and process-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-site phase with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage weekly workflows and coordinate all pre-construction certifications and approvals.
• Prepare variations, permits, contracts, and supporting documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Construction for smooth handovers and milestones.
• Streamline admin processes and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
